Check the pages, content, accounts and approvals your project needs before kickoff. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted before it begins.
Compare the longer-term numbers with our website cost calculator. Add your own upfront quote and outside fees to see 12-, 24- and 36-month totals.
Domain registration, email-provider licenses and other approved third-party costs are separate and paid directly by you.
Read the billing, update, ownership and cancellation details before choosing your plan. See website plan details.
Start with a bounded project
A defined brochure website.
Standard and Premium are for informational business websites. The pages should explain your work and give visitors a clear way to contact you.
Both plans cover up to 5 agreed core pages, 1 design direction and 2 consolidated design/content revision rounds within that scope. Premium also includes a blog index.
The page list, content responsibilities, required accounts and approval process are agreed before work starts. Static brochure-website hosting is included.
An online store, membership system, new application, complex integration or migration needs a separate scope. Extra pages or a new design direction are quoted before additional work begins.
We agree the brief and confirm the minimum content, access and approval inputs are ready before kickoff billing. One designated approver helps consolidate feedback into the included revision rounds.

The payment sequence
The completed website and its first service periods.
There is no separate setup fee within the agreed website scope. The initial commitment for the completed agreed website and 3 initial monthly service periods is $597 for Standard or $837 for Premium. Before launch, cancellation is reconciled separately.
- At kickoff: Your first monthly payment is due at kickoff. It covers planning, the build and the first month of live service.
- At launch: your first live-service month starts. No second monthly service payment is due simply because the build took time.
- After launch: Your next monthly payment is due one month after launch. The third is due one month after that. After the initial three paid periods, service continues month to month.
A delay before launch does not trigger another monthly service payment or use up your first live-service period. A pause for missing client inputs can reschedule the work without an automatic extra fee.
Paying the initial total early still covers three initial monthly service periods starting at launch. The written proposal records the launch date and the paid service-period dates. Prelaunch cancellation is reconciled separately from the completed-site commitment.
Domain registration, email-provider licenses and other approved third-party costs are separate and paid directly by you. Your domain registrations and third-party subscription accounts remain under your control. Paid stock assets and any additional subscriptions are itemized in the proposal or separately approved before purchase.
Ongoing website work
Updates you can plan around.
Routine updates, monthly content work and consultation allowances start at launch and reset with each paid monthly service period. Send approved changes together so we can implement and check them as a batch.
- Standard
- 2 update batches per month, with up to 3 small changes in each batch.
- Premium
- 4 update batches per month, with up to 3 small changes in each batch.
What counts as a small change?
A small change updates an existing text paragraph, image, contact detail or link using content you have approved. New pages, layouts, features, integrations and migrations need a separate scope and quote before work begins.
One update batch is active at a time. Unused update batches, consultation calls and content tasks that have not been started do not roll over.
When we accept a batch with complete, approved inputs, it uses that service period's allowance. If completion crosses the period boundary, it does not count again or cancel the agreed completion target.
Correcting our own mistakes within the agreed scope during an active plan does not consume your content-update allowance.
When will a request be handled?
Support hours: Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm Central time, excluding US federal holidays.
We aim to acknowledge requests within one business day. Routine in-scope content updates have a five-business-day completion target after we receive complete, approved inputs. These are service targets, not guaranteed resolution deadlines.
If a request needs additional scope, access or information, we explain what is needed before starting extra work.
Keep a practical way forward
Your accounts and a usable project handover.
Your domains, accounts and materials you supply remain under your control from the start.
Handover is available once both the agreed initial build is complete and the initial commitment is fully paid. We provide the completed project source, handover notes and an ongoing right to use and modify the included project code. If the build is complete, paying the outstanding initial balance makes handover available then; there is no extra three-calendar-month wait or buyout fee.
Reusable agency components and third-party assets retain their applicable licenses. Included reusable code must have a usable project license; this is not a promise of exclusive ownership of pre-existing tools or third-party work.
Continued hosting elsewhere may require an account or paid service with another provider. The handover notes explain the delivered site's setup; they do not include an unscoped migration or ongoing hosting after service ends.
Before launch
Before launch, you can email us to stop work. We reconcile the first payment against completed, approved work and refund any unearned part. Cancelling an unfinished project does not automatically make the remaining three-payment commitment due. We return your supplied materials; unfinished agency drafts are not a completed website handover.
If you want the finished website and source instead, you can choose completion of the agreed initial build and settle the initial total. Handover becomes available when both the agreed build is complete and that total is paid. The included live-service periods start at launch; you can use the paid service or arrange hosting elsewhere.
After the initial commitment
After the initial commitment, email us before your next billing date to stop the next renewal. There is no additional 30-day notice requirement or exit fee. You can also tell us earlier that you want service to end after the initial commitment. After launch, prepaid service remains available through the end of the paid period, without automatic prorated refunds. Prelaunch cancellation and our delivery responsibilities are handled separately below.
Early exit after launch
After launch, if you choose to leave before the initial commitment is fully paid, the outstanding part of the three-payment commitment is due. Once the agreed build is complete and that balance is paid, we hand over the completed work. Unused paid service remains available through its recorded service-period dates if you want it. There is no additional exit fee.
Our delivery responsibilities
If we cancel or cannot deliver the agreed work, we do not demand the remaining initial commitment for undelivered work. We reconcile any unearned portion with you; the written proposal records the applicable credit or refund arrangements. If our delay causes missed agreed monthly work, we agree completion or a credit with you instead of forfeiting that allowance.
