Texas Luxury Builder · website project

A closer look at a home, from the street to the floor plan.

We paired an exterior rendering with a detail from the Barreal floor plan. Buyers can see the home from the street, then look at how the great room opens onto the covered patio.

The business and the website

Some buyers have a lot. Others are looking for one.

Texas Luxury Builder serves San Antonio, nearby communities and Austin. Someone with land can start a conversation about building on it. A buyer still choosing a location can browse the builder’s homes and lots.

The homes and land catalog distinguishes homes for sale, land and proposed designs. Each listing gives the buyer something specific to bring to the builder, whether it’s an address or a plan they want to discuss.

Follow the visitor’s questions

What can I learn before I visit?

The next step depends on whether the buyer is exploring a design or asking about a particular home.

  1. How would this home feel inside?

The Barreal listing puts the exterior rendering and floor plan together. A buyer can open the full drawing to trace a route between rooms.

  2. What can I see in person?

The Cotaco Creek listing in Boerne identifies construction photographs and architectural renderings. A buyer can use both to prepare questions for a site visit.

  3. Who can show me around?

Cotaco Creek has its own private showing request. Buyers can ask the team to arrange a visit from the listing they’ve been reading.

Inside the Barreal listing

Follow the groceries from the garage to the kitchen.

  1. Find the garage entrance.

The drawing places the four-car garage on one side of the home. Find the mudroom beside it and follow the passage toward the kitchen.

  2. Look beyond the kitchen.

Find the island, the dining area and the great room. The covered patio opens toward the back of the house.

  3. Ask about the layout.

The listing’s inquiry form names the Barreal Plan. Buyers can ask how an entry, room or outdoor space could work for their household.

Care behind the pages

Tell buyers what each image shows.

A rendering shows a proposed design. A photograph can show what the builder saw on site. The Cotaco Creek listing labels the two, so a buyer can tell which details belong to the design and which were present on the day of the photograph.

The separate inspiration gallery identifies its photographs as design references. Visitors can save an idea, such as a kitchen island or a staircase, to discuss with the builder.

Planning a comparable project

Start with one property and the questions buyers ask.

For a home builder’s website, a single listing can help define what needs to be gathered for every home that follows.

  • Choose the material. Gather the current floor plan, approved renderings and dated construction photographs.
  • Decide which facts to publish. Agree on who checks the address, stage of construction and availability before a listing goes live.
  • Choose the next step. A proposed design may need a plan inquiry. A home a buyer can visit may need a showing request.
  • Plan for changes. Define who supplies updates as work progresses and which catalog and inquiry features belong in the website scope.
